I have maintained a seated daily meditation practice since 2005.
I completed my 200 hour yoga teaching certification in 2009 and have been teaching since.
I draw inspiration from many sources including: the Dalai Lama, Tic Nat Hanh and, Pema Chodron.
I hope to encourage couples and parents to be patient, respectful and creative, while finding win-win solutions to challenges that they encounter.
After I finished my 90 minutes of hot yoga this morning I set my intention for my day with my wife. I vowed to:
