I use this blog to journal my emotional journey with my family and to give some helpful resources.
I have maintained a seated daily meditation practice since 2005.
I completed my 200 hour yoga teaching certification in 2009 and have been teaching since.
I draw inspiration from many sources including: the Dalai Lama, Tic Nat Hanh and, Pema Chodron.
I hope to encourage couples and parents to be patient, respectful and creative, while finding win-win solutions to challenges that they encounter.

My meditation practice feels like it is paying huge dividends. Last weekend I spent a full weekend with my wife and kids without reacting in anger for one moment. It felt like a huge accomplishment!
